Honyama Koushun Sencha

A light and airy sencha with Koushun’s signature aroma of wildflowers and a lasting sweet finish. Even more so than most senchas, this tea is very responsive to changes in brewing temperature, with shorter, brews bringing out more aroma and structure, and longer, cooler brews accentuating its sweetness.
