Japanese Matcha Set - Hakeme Hira-gata Summer Chawan with Bamboo Chasen Whisk and Chashaku Scoop - 250ml

This hira-gata (flat-shaped) summer chawan (matcha bowl) is glazed in a warm brown featuring white hakeme (brush stroke) and long grass decorations. Its shallow shape allows the tea to cool quicker, making it perfect for warmer summer months.

The "Kazuho Chasen" (数穂茶筅) and matching chashaku are made with white shirotake bamboo.
