Shōyō - Uji Matcha

Blended mainly from hand-picked Samidori and Okumidori tencha from Uji and surrounding regions, this matcha is deep and velvety as usucha, while remaining strong and smooth as koicha.

The name Shōyō means 'Treetop Leaves' (梢葉)
