Ungetsu-no-Shiro - Uji Matcha

True to its name, this tea has a complex depth beneath a light and airy brightness.
An usucha favoured by Zabōsai, the 16th Generation Grandmaster of Urasenke.

The name Ungetsu-no-Shiro means "Cloud-covered Moon" (雲月の白).
